- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of successful payment.
- After the 2-hour window, the order will be considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order within the allowed time, please email us at samrdhindia@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation
3. Refund After Cancellation
If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed 2-hour window:
- A full refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days
- The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet)
