1. No Return Policy

We follow a No Return Policy.
Once a product or service is delivered or downloaded (in the case of digital products), it cannot be returned.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment or unintentional overcharge
  • Payment failure but amount deducted from your account
  • Order not fulfilled or service not delivered due to a technical issue on our end
  • Fraudulent transaction reported and verified by your bank and PayU

3. Refund Duration

If your case meets the refund conditions, the refund will be initiated within:

  • 3–7 business days from the approval of the request.

4. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Card – refunded to the same card
  • Net Banking – refunded to the same bank account
  • UPI – refunded to the same UPI ID
  • Wallets (e.g., PayU Money) – refunded to the same wallet

No refunds will be made via cash, cheque, or alternate methods unless specifically requested and approved in writing.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at samrdhindia@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Date of Transaction
  • Payment Mode
  • Reason for Refund

Our team will evaluate the request and get back to you within 48 working hours.
